Last night, the Ghana Health Service (GHS) issued an important health alert concerning an outbreak of cholera in the Greater Accra Region, following a series of heavy rainfalls last week. The GHS has confirmed nine cholera cases in the Ada East and Ada West Districts as of October 11, 2024.
The Telecel Ghana Foundation, through its Rural Ultrasound scan, has provided free screening for 199 women at Tesebo No. 2 and Nsuta in the Bosome Freho District in the Ashanti Region.
This is a big case that is happening.
